We want everyone to be able to use TopLotteryOnline, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549 and the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance.
Conformance status
The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of it meets the standard, and we are fixing the remaining issues listed below.
What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link and a clear heading structure on every page.
- Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator.
- Semantic HTML landmarks, labelled navigation and breadcrumbs, and labelled form fields with announced errors.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Animations switched off for visitors who enable "reduce motion" in their system settings.
- Pages that reflow to small screens and zoom up to 400% without loss of content.
- A cookie banner that can be operated by keyboard and screen reader, and reopened from every page.
Known limitations
- Some older articles migrated from our previous website may contain images with incomplete text descriptions or complex tables. We are reviewing them as we update each article.
- Lottery operator sites we link to are run by third parties and are outside our control.

Assessment
This statement is based on a self-assessment, including automated testing with axe and manual keyboard checks, carried out in October 2026. We review it whenever the Site changes significantly.
